Terms of service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, accepting an invitation to a workspace or using the PagePulse API, you agree to these Terms and the privacy policy. If you use PagePulse on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you may bind that organisation.
You must be 18 or older and use PagePulse for business or professional purposes.
2. The service
PagePulse helps manage many Facebook Pages from one screen. The service is in early access and features may change.
- Available: workspaces, roles, member invitations, two-factor authentication, API keys, audit logs, connecting Pages and receiving Page events.
- Opened gradually as they are released and as Meta allows: publishing text, link and image posts; scheduling; post approval; the comment inbox.
- Not currently provided: video, Messenger messages, insights, advertising, Instagram and PagePulse's own AI features.
If we end the early access service altogether, we will email workspace owners at least 30 days in advance.
3. Accounts and workspaces
- Keep your password, two-factor codes and API keys secret, and tell us immediately if you suspect they have leaked.
- Workspace owners are responsible for inviting, granting roles to and removing members, and for the Pages their workspace connects.
- Information you provide must be accurate.
4. Connecting Facebook
- Only connect Pages you are legitimately allowed to manage, and grant PagePulse only the permissions needed for the features you use.
- Your use of Facebook through PagePulse remains subject to Meta's terms and Community Standards. Meta may limit, change or revoke access at any time; related PagePulse features may then stop working.
- You can disconnect Facebook in PagePulse at any time; disconnecting applies to one connection and every Page that belongs only to that connection, not to individual Pages. You can also remove the PagePulse app under Business Integrations on Facebook.
- Scheduled posts are not cancelled when you disconnect; if the Page is still disconnected at the scheduled time, the post is not published. What happens to data when you disconnect or remove the app is described in section 7 of the privacy policy.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Posting or distributing content that breaks Vietnamese law or Meta's policies; spam or fraud.
- Unauthorised access to other people's accounts, workspaces or Pages; probing, attacking or overloading the system.
- Reverse engineering, copying or reselling the service without a written agreement.
We may suspend or end access in case of a breach, with notice unless immediate action is needed to prevent harm.
6. Your data
Content you create in PagePulse (posts, images, comment replies) belongs to you or your workspace. You allow PagePulse to process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. Comments by other people on your Pages belong to their authors and are processed by PagePulse on the workspace's behalf. Deletion steps are on the data deletion instructions page.
7. Fees
Early access is free of charge. When paid plans are introduced, prices and conditions will be published and apply only once you accept them.
8. Limitation of liability
During early access the service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, nor for interruptions or changes on Meta's or other third-party platforms. Nothing here excludes liability that Vietnamese law does not allow to be excluded.
9. Termination
You may stop using PagePulse and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. When an account or workspace ends, data is deleted according to the retention periods in section 7 of the privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are first settled by negotiation; failing that, by a competent court in Vietnam.
11. Changes and contact
When these Terms change, the new version is posted on this page with its effective date. Material changes are emailed to workspace owners before the effective date, with the same advance notice as in section 13 of the privacy policy; changes required by law, by Meta or for security reasons may apply sooner, with the reason stated.
