PagePulse

In development · taking early-access sign-ups

Manage dozens of Facebook Pages from one screen.

Schedule posts to many Pages at once, approve them before they go out, and answer comments and messages from one shared inbox. PagePulse is for businesses and agencies that look after many Pages.

Starting with Facebook Pages. Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Zalo OA and more are coming.

Illustrative interface: a multi-Page calendar, a shared inbox and the post composer. Shop names and numbers are made up.

All your Pages in one place, starting with Facebook

At launch, Pages connect through Meta's OAuth: you choose which Pages to grant and can revoke access at any time. PagePulse never asks for your Facebook password.

Why PagePulse

Managing many Pages shouldn't mean many tabs.

01

30 Pages, 30 browser tabs

One login and one calendar per Page. Posting the same promotion to ten Pages means copying and pasting ten times.

One shared calendar: write once, post to many Pages.

02

Missed comments

Messages are scattered across Pages. Nobody is sure who is answering whom, and questions about prices slip through.

A shared inbox that routes each conversation to the right person.

03

Approvals over chat apps

Staff send screenshots for sign-off, edits bounce around a group chat, and by posting time nobody knows which version is final.

A clear approval flow that records who edited, who approved and when.

Features

From drafting to replying, in one workflow.

These are the features of the first release. Each one is labelled with its status: what is already built and what is coming.

Coming soon

Write once, post to many Pages

Pick your Pages, write one post, then adjust it for any Page that needs it: a different greeting, extra hashtags, another photo. The week view shows every Page's posts on one screen.

  • A shared photo and video library for the whole workspace
  • Drafts, per-Page edits and scheduling in Vietnam time
  • Preview the post on each Page before sending it for approval
Coming soon

Approvals with a process, not a chat thread

Editors submit posts; approvers sign off or request changes with comments right on the post. A post is only scheduled once it has been approved.

  • Clear statuses: Draft, In review, Approved, Scheduled, Published
  • Comments on each post, with every version kept
  • An audit log of who edited, who approved and when
Coming soon

One inbox for every Page's comments and messages

Comments and messages from all your Pages land in one place. Assign each conversation to an owner, then reply, hide or delete comments right there.

  • Filter by Page, assignee and status
  • Assignments and internal notes customers never see
  • Hide spam and delete abusive comments, with every action logged
Built

Teams, roles and two-factor auth are built

One workspace per brand or client. Invite members with the right role and limit their access down to individual Pages. This foundation is already in the product core, not just on a roadmap.

  • Owner, Admin, Editor, Moderator and Viewer roles
  • Expiring invitations and per-Page access
  • Two-factor authentication with an authenticator app (TOTP)
  • An audit log for every important action

Automation and AI

Automate the repetitive work. Keep people on the steps that matter.

From simple rules to multi-step flows, with AI help for drafting. AI only suggests: important posts and replies still go through a human approver, and every step is logged.

  • Event rulesNew comments, new messages, freshly published posts.
  • Multi-step visual flowsBranches, approval steps and retries on failure.
  • AI-suggested posts and repliesIn your brand voice, drawing on each Page's common questions.
  • Automatic FAQ answersOpening hours, shipping fees, store addresses.
  • Budgets and limits per flowNo runaway runs and no surprise costs.

AI suggests, people approve, everything is logged.

Developers and integrations

Connect the tools you already use.

PagePulse is designed API-first: anything you can do in the dashboard will also be possible through the API. Automation tools and AI agents share the same permissions, approvals and audit log as people.

Retrying with the same Idempotency-Key returns this exact result, so the post is never scheduled twice. The call needs a key scoped to posts:publish.

  • Scoped API keys BuiltEach key carries only the permissions it needs, such as posts:publish, and never more than its role allows.
  • Safe retries BuiltWrite calls take an Idempotency-Key, so a flaky network never causes a double post.
  • An audit log for important actions BuiltKnow which key or person did what, and when.
  • AI agents within guardrails Coming soonAgents connecting over MCP use scoped keys, go through the same approval flow as staff, and are logged.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I use PagePulse yet?

Not yet. The foundations (workspaces, roles, invitations, two-factor auth, audit log, API keys) are built; connecting Facebook Pages is the next piece of work. Join early access to hear when the trial opens.

Is connecting a Facebook Page safe?

PagePulse connects through Meta's OAuth: you sign in with Facebook, choose which Pages to grant and can revoke access at any time. PagePulse never asks for or stores your Facebook password. PagePulse is not a Meta partner.

Which platforms are supported? What about Zalo?

Facebook Pages come first. Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and Zalo OA are planned next, in the order early users need them.

How is this different from Meta Business Suite?

PagePulse is built for teamwork across many Pages: an approval flow with clear roles, a separate workspace for each client, a shared inbox with assignments, an audit log for every action, and an API plus automation for your own systems.

How many Pages can I manage?

PagePulse is designed for dozens to hundreds of Pages across several workspaces. Plan limits will be announced at launch.

Where is my data stored, and can I delete it?

Where data is stored, how long it is kept and how to delete it will be set out in the privacy policy, terms of service and data deletion instructions, published in full before PagePulse connects to anyone's real Pages. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.

Can I use the API, MCP, n8n or Make yet?

Not yet. Scoped API keys, safe retries and the audit log are already in the product core. The public REST API, webhooks, 18 MCP tools and the n8n, Make and Zapier integrations are on the roadmap.

How much will it cost?

That is not decided yet. PagePulse is free during early access. Pricing in VND will be announced at launch, and early users will hear first.
